What you are buying
A standalone Build provides personal access to the stated self-paced course room, lessons, templates, examples, rubrics, checkpoints, and included minor updates. Bundles provide access to the Builds and bridge material named at checkout. Live workshops, consulting, implementation, private artifact review, and custom automation are separate services unless explicitly included in writing.
Full Library Lifetime Access
Founding Lifetime Access includes the six launch Builds, the connected Full Library path, included updates, and future self-paced Builds that are added to the Full Library. “Lifetime” means for as long as The Practical AI Workbench continues to operate and maintain the self-paced Full Library. It does not include live delivery, custom services, or separately identified products.
Payment and refunds
Prices are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment and applicable taxes. Refund requests are governed by the posted 7-day fit-based refund policy. A completed refund ends access to the refunded Build or bundle.
Personal access and intellectual property
Your purchase grants one learner a limited, non-transferable right to use the materials for personal or internal professional work. You may adapt completed templates and artifacts for your own work. You may not resell, publish, share login links, redistribute course files, upload the library to another service, or use the materials to create a competing training product.
Safe and acceptable use
You are responsible for deciding what information may be shared with AI tools and for reviewing outputs before acting on them. Do not use the Workbench to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, contractual duties, platform rules, or another person’s rights. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
Completion and credentials
Certificates of Completion are based on learner-declared completion of the required artifact, rubric review, saved work, and a passed applied checkpoint. They are not external accreditation, professional licensure, academic credit, guaranteed job readiness, or permission to deploy autonomous systems without review. False or abusive completion records may be revoked.
No guaranteed outcomes
The materials are educational. They do not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, compliance, or professional advice. Examples may not fit every situation. We do not guarantee income, employment, productivity, accuracy, business performance, or uninterrupted availability.
Service changes and availability
We may update, correct, reorganize, or retire material while preserving the practical substance of purchased access. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, provider outages, or security work. If the service is permanently discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and a practical export or transition option where feasible.
Responsibility and disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gig City AI, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Workbench. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. These terms are governed by applicable Tennessee law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
